10 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to drive day-to-day production in a busy textile operation. You will lead a team, oversee machinery and workflow, and ensure targets are met with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication to maintain smooth production and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading production teams and meeting targets.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety in manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Teams.

Responsabilités

• Leading from the front by supervising and motivating the production team.
• Overseeing daily production, machinery performance, workflow and shift targets.
• Monitoring productivity, downtime and quality to keep on track.
• Identifying and solving problems with maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Ensuring products meet required quality standards.
• Seeking smarter ways of working to improve performance and reduce waste.
• Maintaining high health and safety standards on site.
• Managing the team’s training, attendance and day-to-day performance.
• Running shift briefings and reporting to other departments.
