Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking an experienced Test Lead for a hybrid role, outside IR35, to deliver high-quality testing across technology, business change and operations. Reporting to the Test Manager, you will lead testing across SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end, performance and operational readiness, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.

You will bring ISTQB Foundation, strong planning, defect and stakeholder management, and experience with APIs, integrations, data validation

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing within financial services or another regulated environment.
• Strong test planning, defect management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience testing complex technology and business transformation.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data validation and non-functional testing.
• Understanding of Agile/DevOps, automation, CI/CD and cloud technologies.
• ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent).

Test Lead - Hybrid - Outside IR35

We're looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our team and help deliver high-quality, reliable and audit-ready testing across technology, business change and operational initiatives.

Reporting to the Test Manager, you'll lead testing activity across SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end, performance and operational readiness, while coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers.

You'll bring:

• Experience leading testing within financial services or another regulated environment
• Strong test planning, defect management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience testing complex technology and business transformation
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data validation and non-functional testing
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr or TestRail
• Understanding of Agile/DevOps, automation, CI/CD and cloud technologies
• ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent)
