Raytheon UK in Harlow, Essex invites a Test Technician to join the Customer Support Centre, testing and diagnosing faults on legacy products down to component level, using a range of specialist test equipment.

You will ensure product quality, meet delivery schedules and assist engineering with investigations, while contributing to continual improvement and working within a defence and aerospace group.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum ONC/BTEC5 in electronics or equivalent.
• Significant experience testing analogue/digital assemblies including RF (>1GHz).
• Experience setting up and using lab test equipment for production testing and debug.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and communicate circuit functionality.

Aufgaben

• Test and diagnose new and legacy complex electronic assemblies down to component level and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform functional testing of electronic assemblies to contractual, quality and schedule requirements.
• Diagnose test equipment related faults.
• Execute preventative maintenance and calibration plans for test equipment.
• Record accurate test records and provide yield and failure reports.
• Assist engineering with ongoing investigations and initiatives.
