Accountabilities

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Creating and executing automated test scripts, leveraging testing frameworks and tools to facilitate early defect detection and quality assurance.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, participate in design discussions, and develop acceptance criteria to ensure a thorough understanding of the software being tested.
4. Performing root cause analysis on identified defects, working closely with developers to provide detailed information and support defect resolution.
5. Participating in code reviews, collaborating with peers, and promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
6. Staying informed of industry technology trends and innovations, and actively contributing to the organization's technology communities to foster technical excellence and growth.
7. Required expertise includes Java, BDD testing concepts, and Public Cloud (AWS).
