Role Overview:

As the Tech Lead, you will oversee the architecture, development, and delivery of a high-impact Python web application. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring best practices, and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

You will drive technical excellence, mentor developers, and translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
