DXC Technology is seeking a Test Manager to lead IT Test delivery onsite in Farnborough. The role focuses on Functional, Performance, Security, and other Non-Functional testing activities within defined project scopes.

The candidate will influence at project start, support health checks, and work with Test Consultants to develop testing strategies and deliverables. A DV clearance is required due to sensitive work. DXC emphasizes inclusion and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages IT Test delivery (Functional, Performance, Security and other Non-Functional Testing).
• Supports the creation of Project Test Strategies for defined projects.
• Focuses on delivery within defined scope and aligns with Test Consultant for larger scopes.
• Influences testing approaches from project start and throughout the lifecycle.
• Supports shifts-left by aligning with design/development so testing informs quality.
• Acts as SME for testing activities and coordinates with consultants.
