Job summary

DXC Technology in Farnborough is seeking a Network Delivery Lead to own end-to-end network delivery onsite five days a week. The role requires DV clearance and close collaboration with account leadership, delivery and support teams to meet client demand and strategic initiatives.

You will liaise with architecture, engineering and operations, provide leadership on high-severity incidents, track performance and drive continuous improvement while managing governance, risk, and vendor relationships

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Network Delivery within secure environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end network delivery, planning and support for the account.
• Work with delivery and account leadership to understand strategic initiatives and roadmap.
• Liaise with Architecture / Engineering and Operations to manage Network Delivery.
• Provide leadership on high severity network incident resolutions and ensure strong communications.
• Track Network availability, utilisation and performance with continuous improvement.
• Drive Network delivery governance, including risk management and ITIL processes.
• Support skills management, financials, procurement and vendor liaison.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on Network performance and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvement and automation.
