We’re hiring an experienced Test Manager for our financial services client. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the solution is robust, ready, and genuinely delivers for the business. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can connect the dots, identify gaps, and collaborate across multiple teams and suppliers to complete projects successfully.

Your responsibilities include:

• Shape and execute the full test strategy—from planning to execution
• Coordinate system, integration, UAT, and regression testing across workstreams
• Lead defect triage, risk mitigation, and test readiness activities
• Ensure testing aligns with regulatory and business requirements
• Manage third-party QA suppliers and offshore test teams
• Track dependencies and resolve issues to maintain progress
• Support business readiness with training, communication, and go-live input
• Work within Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in testing large-scale, multi-team transformations
• Hands-on leadership with confidence to lead from the front
• Strong understanding of risk-based testing, traceability, and compliance
• Experience managing vendors, offshore teams, and internal SMEs
• Excellent communication skills—able to engage stakeholders effectively
