We are hiring a Financial Systems Test Manager (Treasury / FX / Cash Management / Liquidity) for a hybrid role based in Manchester, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in a testing role within financial services, with a focus on treasury operations (cash management, liquidity, FX, money markets, risk management).
• Developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex systems.
• Using test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, HP ALM).
• Understanding financial regulations and audit requirements; familiarity with test automation frameworks is desirable.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Oversee test execution, manage defect tracking, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
