We’re hiring an experienced Test Manager for our financial services client. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the solution is robust, ready, and delivers value to the business. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can connect the dots, identify gaps, and collaborate across multiple teams and suppliers to achieve project goals.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Designing and executing the full test strategy, including planning and implementation.
2. Coordinating system, integration, UAT, and regression testing across different workstreams.
3. Leading defect triage, risk mitigation, and test readiness activities.
4. Ensuring testing complies with regulatory and business requirements.
5. Managing third-party QA vendors and offshore testing teams.
6. Tracking dependencies and resolving issues to maintain progress.
7. Supporting business readiness with training, communication, and go-live support.
8. Working flexibly across Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed.

Qualifications and experience:

1. Proven success in testing large-scale, multi-team transformation projects.
2. Hands-on leadership with confidence to lead from the front.
3. Strong understanding of risk-based testing, traceability, and compliance standards.
4. Experience managing vendors, offshore teams, and internal SMEs.
