Job Description

As the Research and Development Team’s Testing Manager, you will define and implement test strategies across our products, ensuring comprehensive testing throughout the development lifecycle. You will lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure product robustness and ISO compliance.

Role Responsibilities

Test Planning and Strategy

• Design and execute testing strategies, emphasizing test automation for high-quality results
• Coordinate with scrum teams and test leads for unified testing approaches
• Work with project managers, product owners, and support teams to meet quality and industry standards
• Stay updated on testing advancements and implement relevant solutions

Testing Process Management

• Oversee manual, automated, and performance testing protocols
• Establish rigorous testing procedures to detect issues early
• Develop KPI data to measure testing effectiveness

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor testing professionals, fostering excellence and collaboration
• Guide on testing methodologies and best practices
• Analyze testing data for process and product improvements

Industry Knowledge

• Bring industry expertise in utilities, messaging, and management systems
• Stay current with industry changes and adapt accordingly
