Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Business Test Manager for a contract role in the UK. The position sits in the PMO and requires strong test management, with hybrid working (3 days onsite).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive test automation frameworks and integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Communicate quality metrics and risks with stakeholders across teams.

My Client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Business Test Manager on a initial contract. The role is Inside IR35 and Hybrid (3 days onsite).

The role sits within the PMO Team and involved in a large mufti year program. Strong Test Management experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies, test plans, and schedules aligned with project goals
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate QA engineers and testers, assigning tasks and tracking performance.
• Execution & Defect Oversight: Oversee system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT), monitoring the defect lifecycle
• Automation & Tools: Drive test automation frameworks and integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams, project managers, and business executives regarding quality metrics and risk.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in Test Management
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Tosca).
• Core Competencies: Risk-based testing, resource allocation, conflict resolution, and clear status reporting.
• Certifications: Industry credentials like ISTQB Test Manager are frequently preferred.
