Job summary

Trinitatum is seeking a Test Manager for a hybrid role with regular travel to Central London to lead testing across complex trading systems, including ETRM/CTRM platforms such as Endur, Findur, and Allegro. Strong communication and hands-on testing leadership are essential.

You will oversee in-sprint and regression planning, coordinate across stakeholder teams, and guide the testing strategy from planning through delivery, ensuring quality in a fast-paced environment.

Job title Test Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage team performance, resources, and priorities. Provide technical guidance and domain expertise.
• Support technical implementation and troubleshooting.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within client accounts.

Reporting to the Senior Test Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience leading testing for complex, business-critical systems.
• Strong understanding of ETRM/CTRM platforms (e.g., Endur, Findur, Allegro) and the wider trading ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with SpecFlow (Reqnroll), GIT, Visual Studio/Rider, and SQL.
• Ability to work effectively across stakeholder teams.

Additional skills & experience

• Experience in Energy Trading or Capital Markets is a strong advantage
• BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
