Job summary

Innovo Global Talent is seeking an experienced Integration Test Manager to lead testing and validation of large-scale automation and intralogistics projects in fast-paced warehouse environments.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across software, controls, and mechanical disciplines, deliver FAT/SAT/UAT programs, and mentor a team of Integration Test Engineers to ensure safe, reliable deployment.

Qualifications

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Integration Test Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale automation and materials handling projects. This position offers the chance to lead the testing and validation of complex, integrated systems within fast-paced warehouse and logistics environments.

You will be responsible for ensuring automation solutions are fully tested, compliant, and ready for deployment, working closely with software, controls, mechanical, and project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience developing and executing detailed integration and acceptance test plans.
• Previous leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate technical teams.
• Comfortable working within cross-functional and matrix-managed project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality-focused mindset.
