Job summary

Tria is seeking an experienced Test Lead to head testing across Defence programmes in secure environments. You will shape test strategies, ensure solution quality and mentor a high-performing team. SC Clearance is essential, and the role is on-site in Chippenham Wiltshire, three days a week with travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing within government, defence, aerospace or similar organisations.
• Strong understanding of secure networks, air-gapped systems, or complex technical infrastructures.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives and validating cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of cyber resilience, security assurance, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Ability to create and manage key test artefacts, including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Reports, and Test Completion Reports.

Test Lead

SC Clearance is essential

Wiltshire - 3 days on site (this will include occasional travel to other sites)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Specialist to lead testing activities across complex Defence programmes. Working within highly secure environments, you will shape test strategies, assure solution quality, and support the delivery of resilient, mission-critical services.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing within government, defence, aerospace or similar organisations
• Strong understanding of secure networks, air-gapped systems, or complex technical infrastructures or environments
• Experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives and validating cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of cyber resilience, security assurance, and risk-based testing approaches
• Ability to create and manage key test artefacts, including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Reports, and Test Completion Reports
• Experience working with technical stakeholders, architects, customers, and delivery teams
• Familiarity with tools such as IBM ELM is desirable
