Job summary

VodafoneThree in Bracknell is recruiting a Test Lab Manager to lead Fixed Network Test Labs. You will own daily operations, capacity planning, and the design of scalable lab environments to validate and launch network services.

Manage MAC and escalate issues while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. You will partner with stakeholders, analyse trends, forecast demand, and guide investment through KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, or technical lab environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Proven capacity-management experience for power, cooling, and environmental systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and long-term capacity planning of fixed network test labs.
• Collaborate with internal customers to define requirements for space, power, cooling and environmental needs.
• Design scalable, resilient lab infrastructure aligned to business goals and manage MAC activities.
