Job summary

Vodafone is seeking anOperational & Technical Testing Lead – Networks to advance security testing across mobile and fixed networks. You will define metrics, measure KPIs and KRIs, track remediation, and collaborate with cyber security and network architects to improve security posture while balancing customer experience and innovation.

You will lead testing across network domains, report on control health, and translate findings into actionable remediation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and executing security control testing with defined metrics and KRIs.
• Ability to identify security gaps and provide remediation guidance.
• Strong collaboration with networks, technology, operations and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain network security testing strategy with guidance across core network domains.
• Lead network security control testing with metric-driven approach.
• Identify and report security gaps and remediation actions with cross-functional teams.
• Enhance network security KPIs/KRIs reporting reflecting control health and maturity.
