Tiro Contracts is recruiting an experienced Automotive Test Engineer to join the Crewe R&D team. The role focuses on integration, testing and validation of Telematics, Connectivity, Infotainment & Diagnostics across new vehicle programmes.

The candidate will work hands-on with development vehicles, test rigs and software integration, with test planning, log analysis and root-cause investigations as core duties. VW Group experience is advantageous.

Formación

• Strong hands-on automotive testing experience within an OEM/Tier1/dealership/vehicle testing environment.
• Experience with integration, testing and validation of Telematics, Connectivity, Infotainment & Diagnostics.
• VW Group experience would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Work across development vehicles and test rigs for new programmes.
• Perform vehicle software and system integration testing.
• Plan and validate test campaigns for Telematics, Connectivity, Infotainment & Diagnostics.
• Analyze vehicle logs and perform root-cause investigations.
• Test bench and component testing; develop and maintain test rigs.
• Automate tests using Python, Robot Framework and Anna Framework.

New contract available for an experienced Automotive Test Engineer to join the R&D team of a prestigious luxury vehicle manufacturer in Crewe.
