Kohler Mira Ltd. is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer to join the Continuous Product Development (CPD) team in Cheltenham. You will lead cross-functional design projects across Mira Showers, Rada and Recoup brands, driving improvements from concept through implementation while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role is hybrid with onsite requirements in Cheltenham and travel as needed. A degree or equivalent in engineering is essential, along with extensive experience in engineering change

Qualifications

• Requires degree, apprenticeship or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
• Extensive engineering experience with complex product/design changes in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to implementation.
• Experience with structured root cause analysis, risk assessment and validation planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional design engineering projects across product categories and brands; accountable from problem definition to implementation and benefit realisation.
• Own value engineering and lifecycle cost activity; redesign products to deliver measurable savings while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Provide technical direction and guidance across teams, balancing technical and commercial risks.
• Act as product-development technical authority for current portfolio, guiding urgent production, supplier and approval issues.
