Job summary

Cosmic Equipment UK is seeking a Test Engineer to verify and validate products for quality conformance. The role covers bench, module and system testing across Mostrak and M2 ranges, with calibration of precision equipment and fault-finding at PCB level.

You will manage each system as a mini-project, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support to ensure timely delivery and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic testing and fault-finding in engineering/manufacturing.
• Able to read circuit diagrams and identify components and sections.
• Follows defined procedures and maintains accurate technical records.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench, module and system testing per specifications.
• Carry out fault-finding and rework on PCBs at component level.
• Calibrate precision equipment according to procedures.
• Read schematics to identify relevant components and sections of circuits.
• Maintain test records and project documentation.
• Manage each system as a mini-project to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Support teams.
