Job summary

Thales UK is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer in Crawley to join a collaborative, engineering-focused team. You will perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical assembly to defined standards and contribute to the manufacture and repair of customer and developmental items.

The role requires reading circuit diagrams, diagnosing faults down to component level, and maintaining essential documentation throughout the build/test process.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Production Test or multi-skilled environment.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of through-hole & surface mount tech.
• Skilled in fault diagnosis and repair down to component level.
• HNC/HND in Electronics or equivalent + 3 years' relevant experience.
• Confident user of MS Word & Excel.
• A team player who values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
