Job summary

Thales UK is seeking an Integrated Test Technician to join the Manufacturing team in Crawley. You will test, fault-find, and repair advanced electro-mechanical products, using schematics and data logging to ensure quality and traceability.

Key tasks include diagnosing faults to component level, recording data accurately, and maintaining 5S and Lean practices while working safely within ISO9001/AS9100 frameworks. This on-site role offers stability and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Practical electronics experience within a test, repair, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills to component level.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematic diagrams.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and manufacturing/ERP systems.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities
