Job summary

Thales in Crawley is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to join a collaborative team. You’ll manufacture and repair both customer and developmental items, applying your electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills to ensure quality and reliability.

The role requires reading circuit diagrams, fault diagnosis to component level, and a strong focus on documentation and continuous improvement within a multi-skilled environment. Eligible for SC-level clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Production Test or multi-skilled environment.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of through-hole & surface mount tech.
• Skilled in fault diagnosis and repair down to component level.
• HNC/HND in Electronics or equivalent + 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Confident user of MS Word & Excel.
• A team player who values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
