Automation Architect

We are seeking an Automation Architect with hands-on experience to develop automation strategies and drive initiatives across the securities division. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Postman, Bootstrap, Azure, Spring MVC, Jenkins, JMeter, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and Maven. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to lead quality assurance and automation efforts. The shift is day, and no travel is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks using Java, TestNG, and JUnit to ensure high-quality software delivery.
2. Oversee the development and execution of automated test scripts using Postman and JMeter to validate API and performance testing.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the QA team to enhance their skills and ensure best practices are followed.
4. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins and Maven.
5. Ensure comprehensive test coverage by developing and maintaining test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
6. Utilize Azure for managing test environments and deploying applications for testing.
7. Implement and maintain testing strategies for web applications using Bootstrap and Spring MVC.
8. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and adherence to standards.
9. Monitor and analyze test results to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution.
10. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
11. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
12. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
13. Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Postman, Bootstrap, Azure, Spring MVC, Jenkins, JMeter, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and Maven.
• Domain expertise in Asset and Wealth Management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks is a plus.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
