We are working with an exciting tech client seeking a skilled Architect to lead their DevOps and Automation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to develop innovative solutions that improve business operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will transform workflows into efficient, automated systems, developing automation scripts and large-scale platforms to ensure operational excellence through standardized frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• DevOps Leadership: Drive DevOps practices and continuous improvement across processes, tools, and automation.
• Automation Design: Implement automation capabilities such as custom APIs and core business processes (e.g., provisioning, billing).
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the team to optimize services and operational processes.
• Technology Adoption: Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate valuable solutions.
• Mentoring: Share best practices and support team development.
• Documentation: Clearly document and communicate strategic requirements.

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft technologies, especially Azure PaaS, and tools like Git, Azure DevOps, and GitHub/GitLab. A passion for technology and automation is essential.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong background in CI/CD tools and automation (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Proficiency in coding (preferably .NET, PowerShell, T-SQL).
• Solid understanding of DevOps, Agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with frameworks like the Cloud Adoption Framework.
