Job summary

intelliweb Limited seeks a detail-oriented Test Analyst / Software Tester to join its technology team. You will design and execute test scenarios, perform API testing, and manage defects to ensure high quality releases.

You will collaborate with developers, BAs, PMs and product owners in an Agile setting, maintaining test plans and evidence across functional, integration and exploratory testing. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst, Software Tester or QA Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience designing, executing and documenting test cases.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration and API testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON and XML.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Methodical approach with attention to detail.
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience testing complex applications and system integrations.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Test Analyst / Software Tester** to join our technology team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of software applications by designing and executing test scenarios, identifying defects and supporting successful software releases.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers and product owners within an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to develop effective test scenarios.
• Prepare and execute functional, integration, regression and exploratory tests.
• Perform API testing using REST/SOAP services, JSON and XML.
• Record, track and manage defects using Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
• Maintain test plans, test cases, test evidence and traceability documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to investigate issues and verify fixes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release readiness activities.
• Conduct post-release validation and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, defects and quality metrics to stakeholders.
