Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide consultancy to implement Testing Strategies effectively.
2. Produce Test Documentation, including Test Plans, Scripts, Bugs, and Reports for new Features, User Stories, Patching, and other events.
3. Develop and maintain Automated Regression Test Suites for applications.
4. Develop and maintain other Testing capabilities such as Performance Testing.
5. Perform functional and non-functional testing of applications, including manual testing where automation is not feasible.
6. Maintain the existing Cypress Automated Regression Test Suite for the Content Server application in West to support future releases and patching.
7. Maintain the existing JMeter Performance Test Suite.
8. Perform Accessibility Testing using Manual and Automated tools (e.g., Axe & Wave).
9. Consult on other Development and Testing activities, including Best Practices, Continuous Integration, Non-Functional Testing, and Operational Acceptance Testing.
10. Engage in Continues Service Improvement (CSI) for the Test Service.

Additional Details

Work will be performed at End User locations in London with occasional travel to Gloucestershire.

All candidates must hold the highest level of Security Clearance, valid until at least March 2026.
