Job summary

Royal London in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst to safeguard the quality of our digital platforms. You will review requirements, design and execute tests, and report defects to ensure customer-focused solutions meet business needs.

You'll collaborate with business users, developers and project teams across the Digital Area, applying testing best practices and modern automation tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing, quality assurance or a related discipline.
• Understanding of the software testing lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Experience identifying, documenting and reporting defects.
• Experience of automated test tools such as Ready API or Playwright would be helpful though not essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Experience working collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Use testing tools, diagnostics and system documentation to identify and report system issues

You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems by reviewing requirements, designing and executing test cases, analysing results, and identifying defects before solutions are delivered to customers and colleagues.
