Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in the UK retail environment focuses on leading the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience in-store. You will be the go-to person for daily operational queries, coaching colleagues and modelling great service.

This position requires strong leadership, adaptability and a commitment to inclusive teamwork. Salary starts at £15.59 per hour and rises to £16.86 in certain stores, with a minimum 16 hours per week guaranteed and options for 12+ hours.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
