Job summary

Tesco Morley is hiring a Shift Lead to manage daily in-store operations, supervise colleagues, and ensure excellent customer service during peak times. You will work across departments, lead the team in the supervisor's absence, coach staff, and help create an inclusive, responsive store culture.

Roles include flexible scheduling and a minimum 16 hours weekly. We're looking for strong communicators who stay calm under pressure, adapt to change, and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
