Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring for a Shift Lead to lead the store team and ensure excellent customer service. You will work across store areas, coach colleagues, and act as the manager in their absence, with a focus on flexible working opportunities and inclusive teamwork.

Starting pay is £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in certain stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options for 12+ hour roles where available.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
