Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead in Leeds to guide the store team and ensure an exceptional customer experience across departments. You will coordinate daily store operations, support colleagues, and model outstanding service to drive performance.
Shifts cover varying times, with pay starting at £15.59 per hour and rising to £16.86 in M25 stores. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, and applicants must be 18 or over.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment. �
