Job summary

Tesco PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Shift Lead to motivate the team and deliver a great customer experience. You’ll lead across store areas, manage day-to-day operations, and act as the on-shift point of contact for colleagues and customers.

With starting pay of £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in some locations, a minimum 16 hours per week, and a wide range of benefits, you’ll enjoy flexible working, staff discounts, wellbeing support, and pension schemes.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
