Tesco PLC is recruiting for a Shift Lead to motivate and guide a store team, delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead in-store operations, coordinate across departments, and act as a role model for great service.

The role emphasizes flexible working, inclusivity, and the ability to adapt to daily challenges in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication and people skills are essential.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
