Tesco UK in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Shift Lead to join our store team on a permanent basis. You will work a 30-hour week with shifts scheduled within an availability window and a minimum 16 hours guaranteed. The role starts at £15.59 per hour and rises to £16.86 in stores within the M25.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will need

To be over 18 for this role.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
