Job summary

Tesco Store in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a front-line team and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage daily store operations, coach staff, and act as the in-store leader when the manager is away.

The role is offered with flexible hours and a dedicated focus on shopper experience. Successful applicants will be at least 18, with prior team leadership experience in retail and a passion for serving customers.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
