Tesco Shift Lead role in the UK involves leading the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all store areas. You will be the go-to person for daily operational queries and coach colleagues to uphold service standards.

Availability windows are set (Mon 14:30–23:00, Wed 12:00–17:00, Thu 12:00–17:00, Sat 05:30–14:00). The position offers a minimum 16 hours per week with shifts scheduled in advance and 18+ eligibility.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
