Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to join our store team. You will lead the team to ensure a great customer experience, work across store areas, and handle day-to-day queries. You will coach colleagues, provide feedback, and role model excellent service, while staying adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.

You must be over 18 and ready to lead by example. We offer flexible hours, a minimum weekly commitment, and development opportunities within Tesco.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for
