Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to help run the store, supervise teammates, and deliver great customer service across departments.

You'll work within our availability windows, leading the team during busy periods, coaching colleagues, and resolving day-to-day queries. In most stores you can expect £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment. Â
