Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the store team and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries and will lead the team in the manager's absence.

The role requires 18+ and previous team-lead or management experience in fast-paced retail. Hours are scheduled within availability windows, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and opportunities for flexible working. Tesco supports diversity and inclusion.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
