Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead the team, coordinate across departments and respond to daily store needs, ensuring smooth, friendly and efficient service for customers.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a proactive mindset to drive performance while remaining flexible to changing store priorities and shifts.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
