Job summary

Tesco PLC in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Shift Lead to guide in-store teams and ensure a great customer experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations across departments, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed and driving service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers flexibility with hours, a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (with some locations offering 12 hours), and benefits.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
