Job summary

Tesco PLC in Norwich seeks a Shift Lead to lead the store team, delivering exceptional customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the go-to person across store areas, ensuring every customer’s needs are met with a positive, inclusive approach.

Flexible working is available from day one, with hourly pay starting at £15.59, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores. Minimum 16 hours per week, with shifts scheduled with at least 3 weeks’ notice.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
