Job summary

Tesco UK in-store Shift Lead role offers variety, teamwork, and daily challenges. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations and delivering a great customer experience.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with some locations offering 12-hour shifts. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with shifts notified in advance.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
