Job summary

Tesco UK in Poole is seeking store colleagues to join our friendly team. The role offers flexible evening and weekend shifts, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options to work as few as 12 hours if requested.

In this busy role you will help serve customers, know our products, and support across service, picking and replenishment areas. We welcome diverse backgrounds and provide training, with opportunities for progression while you’re with us.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. ÂAdditional payments may also apply depending on location. ÂÂ

It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
