Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring for an in-store Customer Colleague role. You will provide friendly service, help customers with products, and support store routines such as shelf replenishment and checkout. Roles offer varied hours, including early mornings and nights, with a minimum guaranteed weekly schedule.

Starting pay is £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, plus a night premium of £2.35 per hour between midnight and 6am. You must be over 18 and enjoy working in a team environment.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
