Job summary

Tesco Retail is hiring for an in-store customer service role. You’ll provide friendly, natural service, help customers, and support shelf replenishment, checkout, and online order picking. A positive, team-focused approach is essential.

Shifts include varied hours with a minimum guaranteed weekly hours; a night premium applies for hours worked between midnight and 6am in some locations. Applicants must be over 18 and ready to join a welcoming team.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at 13.28 per hour, rising to 14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of 2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
