Job summary

Tesco Retail is seeking a customer-focused colleague to join our store team in the United Kingdom. The role involves early morning shifts beginning at 04:30, helping customers, and performing core store tasks with a friendly approach.

You will work as part of a diverse team, delivering reliable service across checkout, shelf replenishment, and online order picking while supporting store performance and great shopping experiences for customers.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at �13.28 per hour, rising to �14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks� notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we�re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers�

Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
