Job summary

Tesco Bristol is hiring empathetic team members to deliver friendly, practical service in our stores. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, handle checkout, and assist with online orders when needed.

Roles start at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a night premium of £2.35 per hour after midnight. Minimum 16 hours per week are guaranteed. We welcome flexible working and growth opportunities during the application.

• To build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
