Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Store Colleague in the United Kingdom. You will join an inclusive team, delivering friendly, customer‑focused service across in‑store duties from shelf replenishment to checkout and online order support.

Roles start from 16 hours per week, with some locations offering more, and shifts scheduled with at least 3 weeks' notice. Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with some sites offering additional payments.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
